Devin from Colorado came across a Facebook post about a kitten that needed a home. He was completely blind, and there were no offers to adopt the baby. Looking at the photo of the poor fellow once again, the girl came to her senses and decided that she would change the pet’s life.

“He reminded me of a little wad of fluff!” Devin says.

First of all, the girl went with the kitten to the vet. It turned out that he was born blind due to congenital glaucoma. One eye of the baby was in such a bad condition that it was impossible to save him.

A red and white kitten named Harry suddenly disappeared from the garden of his home in Great Yarmouth, Suffolk, in 2008. Its owner, 39-year-old Mark Salisbury, no longer believed that he would ever meet Harry and resigned himself to his loss.

Flora is still on her diet, although she is now allowed one jar of extra food and one bag of cat biscuits a day.

“We thought we would have to socialize him because at first, he behaved aggressively. But then he started asking for affection so openly,” says the volunteer.

The warm bath helped wash most of the dirt and engine oil off the cat’s coat.

The furry boy no longer needs to worry about food and shelter. He quickly adapted to the new luxury conditions and became addicted to the embrace of his adoptive family.

She set a humane trap because Grandpa Joe needed to be castrated. Having got the cat, the girl took it to animal rights activists. And for the first time, she wondered if her new friend was a typical savage.

The veterinarians have done their job, Grandpa Joe has regained his strength – it’s time to let him go free. But Helen wanted to make sure he didn’t need her help anymore.

Having received complete freedom in familiar terrain, the cat did not take off running, as most wild ones do. Moreover, he did not want to part with his human girlfriend at all. As soon as Helen called out to him, he meowed in response and went to her feet.
